I have a store that I created in 3.5 and when I add items to the store in 3.7 the items pull up fine BUT for some reason the background of the store is different. I am using the same theme and haven't changed anything else. I am using the "Classical Jazz- Left" and for some reason the background on the main page is like... beige colored with vertical lines. Why did it change from the original white color that it should be? This is driving me crazy and I cannot figure out how to make changes to the website now without having the new (ugly) background show up. Please help!

I wanted to give you guys a visual of what I was talking about above - The first file is a picture of what it should look like. The 2nd file is a picture of what the website is loading as. I have no clue what I am doing wrong! I have uploaded the website numerous times and made multiple changes but this is the only time i've ever had this happen. Can someone please help! This looks so horrible!

How are you uploading your shop? It looks like all the styles are missing.

I upload the shop through godaddy's file manager through their website. I upload the files there. I have a limited knowledge of websites and what to do.... how would I go about getting the "styles" back? Is it a specific file that needs to be uploaded? This all started when I started using 3.7 version. The 3.5 version files still upload correctly but they are not current and I cannot add what I needed to.

Yeah, that is probably your issue. When you are uploading things manually, you are missing a lot of the files. Why are you not using the built in upload within the software?

Styles are now called Themes. They are basically the same thing.

Every time I have tried to use the upload feature it always gets an error. I've never been able to use it.

Please fill out a support ticket and we can get one of our techs to take a closer look at the problem. I am sure we can figure it out.

At the risk of sounding very stupid. How do I fill out a support ticket? Is it through the website or the software. I cannot find where you submit one.

[Assuming that you are signed in to your account at CoffeeCup]

1. Click on the "Get Support" tab under the "Website Design Software" tab. The tabs are visible at the top of the web page
2. On the left side click on "Your Support Room" (you can also click on "Ask a Question" to go directly to the form)
3. Click on "Open a New Support Topic" and explain your issue on the resulting form
4. Your Support Room is where your support questions are filed and whether they are open or resolved.
