Thanks Scott, but there are others mentioning the same problem as me in this forum. Right now CC say it is Paypal and PayPal say it is my shopping cart.
All I know is that I am using nothing else. It has to be one of the two parties and yet each is blaming the other. I am pleased to see that after being out of IT for 5 years, nothing has changed. Two parties involved and it is always the other person' s problem.
End result unhappy Paypal user and unhappy CC user and all my customers unhappy as well.
Perhaps the next strategy is to put an apology to all my customers on the website, if I do not get their goods out immediately and tell them that Paypal and Coffee Cup cannot sort out where my problem lies?
And don't worry Scott, Paypal are getting the same response. Glad all my years as a CIO are not put to waste.
