Does anyone know of a way to add a 3.5% addition for paypal fees to the total amount?

I think you will find if you read PayPal guidelines that would be in contravention of their terms and conditions

I think that is just one of those things that will have to be priced into your product since as viv points out, this is against the Paypal rules.

You could use a "handling" fee inside of SCC to address this though.
