I was about to make another version of my shop in different language and also with different bank account. So I set up new shop and in payments section added the new paypal account email address.
Luckily somewhere here on the forum I read whilst looking for info on "opening" two shops, about someone discovering that although they had two different shops the payments were all going to the same place.
Yikes I thought, and thank you know who, I changed back and avoided too big a problem. Luckily I checked my other account to see that some orders had indeed come through. If I hadn't I'd have been ignorant to the sales!
Since changing back to original shop payment account I;ve had the following problem. Instead of showing the company name and the logo header I've added to Paypal it now only shows the paypal email address.
I don't know what to change - you can only add an email address in the payments tab which I have and it is correct and I've also checked things in Paypal settings.
Can anyone help please? I'm sure (well hoping) that it is something really silly that is turned off or something...
