Scott
Why would I need to update to a new theme. I like the one I use which is one that you guys created. Also if you go to my account download list, I do have whatever theme version you guys put out. As far as I am concerned, is not the cart accessing automaticaly the theme used by shopping cart creator? Whatever code difference there are they do not come from me but from the software generating program. As for the JavaScript files I uploaded the whole directory so if it is not there it is because it was not created by the software. I never had any problems before updating to the latest version so what would you suggest?
The only option I see is to start from scratch and create a new store
Any other options??

I can only go by what I see on your Website and your entire theme is completely out of whack. Some of the HTML code settings you have on your existing theme, our software just does not generate. I would prefer to have you upload directly with the software so that you could eliminate any other possible problems.
I would suggest starting over with just 1 item in your store and upload it to your server and see if that helps. Maybe even try a completely different theme an see if that helps.
Other then that, you totally got me

I just created a NEW shop with only one item. I used the option "New Shop" in the file tab. Goto: http://www.westerntrader.com/scott/index.php
Try it.......it does not work. (the item has 3 pictures)
any other suggestions?

Hi
Good Morning MrTrader as Scott said in an earlier message you have are missing the javascript file suckerfish.js, from the js directory.
You can see this by looking at the page source using firefox's firebug, which shows instead of the suckerfish script you get ;
<script src="js/suckerfish.js" type="text/javascript">
<html>
<head>
<title>404 File Not Found</title>
</head>
<body style="margin:0;">
<iframe src="http://www.bravenet.com/hosting/error_pages/404.html" title="404 File Not Found" width="100%" height="700" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" margin="0" frameborder="0">
404 File Not Found
</iframe>
</body>
</html>
</script>

I am sorry, but that is still the same messed up theme. Look at the footer on your page. See those dashes at the bottom? They are not supposed to be there. Use a different theme to see if that helps any. Also, some of the JS files are still missing.
Lets also try this. Why you are trying to figure out the issue on your site, send me all your project files and I will open, save and upload to my server and see what happens.

I forgot to tell you that I tried another theme called earthy underground and it worked just fine. But this is not the theme that works for me. So it is coming from the theme. Yesterday night before re-creating that small sample store I re-downloaded from your server my original theme and installed it on my laptop. So my guess is it is coming from the template.
