Hi,
I like your BOUTIQUE website.
Is there any way to set the width of the store.
For arguments sake say 980pxls.
Have the store colour say #ffffff
page background colour #c0c0c0.
so the shop is a contrasting colour to background
for the increasing number of people browsing
with laptops set at 1280x800 pxl. resolution.

Cheers,
Baz.

A good start considering the short time I've been working on it. I need to learn lots more such as adding an in-site search feature.

Okay, new web guy here. First post for me! I built this with with CC, VSD, Photo Gallery, Web Form Builder, and Google Site Mapper. Considering what I went through with a free HTML program there is no question that CC is has great stuff and is especially simple for old guys like me. Thanks CC for great products. This is my son's new business. I'd appreciate any comments, suggestions, etc.

I hope I posted the link correctly. For those with more experience:
1. Does using the advanced text function add to the page weight and download time since it is converting the text to an image?
2. Is there a way the see the page weight in VSD?
3. I've noticed 3 times that the pages don't load correctly, but after refreshing it looks fine. Usually this happens on a computer that has not accessed the site before.

I'm learning a lot from the forums and enjoy the community here. Thanks, Rob

Not too shabby, Rob! Good use of all the tools! Loaded fairly quickly for me, too, and I am on satellite.

I recognized the name Hinckley...is that in Northwestern Ohio?

Melanie:

Thanks. You were close, we are in NE Ohio, about 20 miles south of Cleveland. Hinckley is a great place and is the buzzard capital of the area.l They have a celebration every spring called Buzzard Day. Back in the day it used to be a hippie hang out, but it's more civilized now. Thanks for checking the site for me. Cheers, Rob

That's why it was familiar. I was born outside Cleveland. We lived in a little berg called Columbia Station until I was about 5 when we moved to Indiana. I am now all the way out in California. I knew I had heard of Hinckley, but wrongly guessed it was over near my Mom's hometown of Bryan, OH in the opposite corner of the state.

Hello,
Also in Belgium Europe we appreciate your Shopping Cart Software. It's a pity the Google Checkout isn't yet available.

I thought i would try using the new version of visual site designer with Classical Jaz top right navigation template

There may be a few errors left to rectify but it may be of interest as a demmo

Live site has been spell checked unlike this one
