Is there a way to include a price range for a product, in our case a floral arrangement, or do we need to create a separate product for each size (small, medium and large)?

At the moment this is not a possibility, but... rest assured that the Pro version, when it's released, will have what you need to accommodate pricing differences

For now creating separate products will definitely work for your needs. Don't forget to make this a really easy add by just copying the product itself and pasting it. This will allow you to duplicate products and then just change the wording and picture that need changing. Makes it much easier to create new products that have similar wording and such
