I just responded to your support ticket as well.
If you are trying to export or publish your shop and you receive an error message that says, "Failed while saving products," the likely cause is a security setting in Trend Micro Internet Security that does not allow applications to write to the Windows temporary folder. To correct this you will either need to disable Trend Micro Internet Security or configure the security settings in the software to allow data to be written to the Windows temporary folder.
Tip: Get a better security program.
