I already have an Authorize.net merchant account for my business and want to create a storefront using either SCC or SCC Pro. My question is, will I be able to use SCC basic with Authorize.net or do I have to purchase SCC Pro?

Authorize.net only comes with the Pro version so you would not be able to use it with SCC Basic. You can see a comparison chart here at http://www.coffeecup.com/shopping-cart#compare which outlines the differences between the two programs.
