Quick question and apology if it's been asked a gazillion times.
If I don't configure any shipping and handling on paypal, does it carry over from the shopping cart creator?

Hiya Clover,
If you use the SCC from here it will override anything you setup for shipping on PayPal.

What kind of shipping settings can you set in PayPal??

I believe the shipping settings there would be tied into the PayPal buttons or any carts that are directly connected to PayPal's setup. Not sure if any cart systems are for that matter, but most likely the PayPal buttons and maybe even Ebay or something?
