I just purchased Shopping Cart Creator but have not used it yet, because I'm slowly trying to build my website. Do I also need to buy the Shopping Cart Designer, and if so, which one? Thanks.

You need the designer to edit the cart styling (appearance), if you want to change the built-in themes in any way. The pro is the one to get as it has more functionality.

I bought the basic version at first, and then purchased pro almost right away simply because the functionality was so much better.

Go with Designer Pro!

It does a lot more for your website than the standard version, and you can build an individual looking cart in no time. I'm only new at it too, and it's very easy & fun to play around with different templates. And the good part is if you don't over-write your old template, you can change back to it if you don't like your newly built one.
