make automatically the translation of 12 files it's just more quickly and simple.

Are they your own translations used in this application? How many languages can it translate?

this software can uses many language, becaus e each translation use one text file like this (french.lng)

>Thank you for your payment=>Merci de votre paiement
>Order Total=>Total Facture
>Reason why not completed=>Motif du refus
>Shipping Address:=>Adresse de Livraison
>Transaction ID=>ID de Transaction
>Estimated Taxes=>Taxes estimées

and you can add directly in the screen your own translation and save it, then after view modification this software can translate almost any language

Hey Layon why you don't get in contact with Scott, and try CC to back this up ?
Maybe we can download it with CC's concern and from the official CC site like a free module

Actually, i've put new version (http://www.ilos-micro.com/freeware/coffeetrad.zip) for no limit of language (for add a language : just create a copy of one file ".lng" and add in the inifiles one entry like that : spanish.lng|Spanich=4)

I think we are all waiting for CC's comment to layon49's translation facility or to my suggestion of an internal display text file. Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to test layon49's program but I understand it to be of a general nature maybe applicable to more CC product than just the Shopping Cart. My idea of a display text file will require amendments in the creator program itself - on the other hand it will give the CC developers full control of the functionality.

So Scott - if you are listening or checking in after the holidays - can you please give us a comment on this.

I also need a translation tool urgently, so I downloaded it from your link.
But sorry to say, I am not able to use this tool.

I have translated and generated a german.lng file but what then ??
When I choose a directory and press 'execute', the only thing what happens is, that all *.lng files are copied to this directory.

I am pretty sure that I do something wrong, but I don't find out what.
Could you post a short documentation for your tool, please. I think this would help.

I'm very desapointed !!

Looking around in many post, i have seen Scott telling that the multi language gone be fix in end of 2009. In an other post someone sayd that i have create a small software that can transalte and create new keywords based on the english ones. And then Scoot don't say nothing more about that.

I have start design site with coffecup because it was really cool to use and give us abylity to make beautyfull and easy site. I was really thinking to start from the begining before making webshop. And now i have bye nearly all the coffeecup software and the main one don' let me make my sites in French like all the others.

Nobody give answers !!

We are talking about business, not freaky people who are playing with design tools.
