I downloaded a trial of Shopping Cart 3.6.
For the product, instead of a jpg image, am I able to put a pdf there? We're selling a book, and I need to show the cover image. It's the only format I currently have the cover in. (Sorry if this is on the help page; help page isn't opening for me.)

I suggest you open the PDF, enlarge the PDF as much as possible and still have the cover on the page. Now press print screen, open Microsoft Paint, and paste the screen capture to Paint. Remove every thing except the cover from the image. Select Save As, and save the cover JPG and use that on your site.
