VSD loading shopping Cart - Post ID...

I have tried everything I can think of but I cannot get VSD to load my shopping Cart. Can you help me?

VSD cannot open a shopping cart project. You need to use Shopping Cart Creator for all modifications. When you want to publish your cart, you also do this in Shopping Cart Creator, not VSD.
