hmm I don't have this problem myself, I just put a form on my shop Contact Us page and the only thing on it is the form, I haven't done anything else with that page yet. I still have to alter the form to fit better etc., but it worked pretty slick so far as I can see.

One thing I noticed when using Web Form Builder in SCC, If I create a page and try to just insert the script from Web Form Builder using the HTML tool, it will not save the code on the page. You have to actually have some text on the page in addition to the code you're inserting to get the page to save correctly.
Not sure if this is by design or an actual bug...

Hmmm, interesting Jo Ann. I'll have to take another look at that. I tried it a couple of different times and couldn't get it to save on my Contact Us page without adding some additional text. (maybe related to the specific theme?)

yeah I have lots to do yet, but ty for checking it out for me too. I am still working on my theme for external pages and can't get the middle graphic area to span across 2 container areas, once I get that and some spacing issues done I'll be able to use that to make a thank you page to redirect to. I was going to make it go to home page, but I still do want a thank you page of some sort so right now I just through that together for testing the form etc.

That could be Jeff, I created my theme so I am not sure what gets in the way in themes, I don't remember which base theme I used I'll have to look again and see. In the meantime, maybe try a different theme for a short moment and see what it does.

Okay, so I guess I got the same web gremlin that was affecting Jo Ann yesterday. Today, everything is working fine without additional text on the page. I went ahead and bought the registered version of Web Form Builder, now I'll start working on some customization.
