Hi

I had an existing shopping cart on line. I made a change to it using Shopping Cart Creator Pro. So I slightly change the theme. I exported the and in Shopping Cart Creator I am able to see the changes in a preview but after I uploaded it to my web server, no changes took place. Do I need to delete files off my web server first then upload ?

Thanks a lot

Hiya Vince,

Can you be more specific about the programs you are using? As I read what you wrote above it sounds like you made changes in the SCC Pro and then went back to editing it in the Basic program? There's no compatibility that allows you to go back so I'm confused here as to what you actually did.

If you make any changes to a theme using the Designer Pro version, you do have to downgrade the theme using the menu in order to be able to use that them in the Basic version, you can't use Pro themes in Basic nor Basic themes in Pro.

Let us know exactly what it is you did so we can help you better :)

Aside from Jo Ann's request for more specific info... Did you try to force clear cache? You stated that you can see your changes in "Preview" mode, but not after you upload the changes (in "Live" mode). I'd start with the simple things first.

If that don't get it, then if you could check back in here with a bit more info. Thanks.

I'm going to agree with JoAnn. A link on this would save a lot of explaining on your part.:)

So when you say "Got a Link" I am not understanding what you are saying. I have page see attached and I want to put in the the link to the shopping cart ('shop') file at this point.

That's if you published the shop on the server to a sub folder named "shop".
Or in Code terms.
