I mostly have to do everything for my clients.. this includes setting up the email, and any accounts including paypal. They might get it done, but it would take weeks, when I do it in minutes...

What I do is set up 'everything', run it, check it, play with it, then give them the information to take over.
soooo, I use the email account I have set up for them until I pass it to them for use.

I also at that time supply the instructions for them to change their passwords to take me out of the loop. Many times they want me to have the passwords so I can help them in the future.
