I am trying to use an image and I am not able to get it to work. It looks fine in Site Designer, but when I export it, the images are not displayed.

I do not see anything wrong with the index file

How did you upload it to your server? (did you use CC FTP? or a different FTP app),, who is your domain hosting servce? ,, what protocol does your hosting service rquire for FTP?, did you set the FTP app to match those requirements?
all these questions are useful to allow someone to try and come up with a solution otherwise it's just a guessing game
