I thought you could have different px size after each breakpoint - up to 640px size x, 640 - 1020 px size b, above 1020 size c.

If not can I use one of the v settings but limit it to a certain size so it doesn't get larger than a certain but variable beneath that?

Thanks

You should be able to change the px of your font at any breakpoint. I find sometimes the settings screw up and non of my stylings seem to have effect on the canvas. I just save and close the app and relaunch it. I find it more common if I have a project open for a long time with alot of changes to the project.

If you want use vw for the font size then you need place the heading/text into it's own container, you then give that container a MAX % width less than the full width , or you use the custom CSS property clamp where you can declare the text/heading minimum width, preferred width and maximum width, no breakpoints needed(even if you already have breakpoints in your project)

Steve,

Thats what I thought and I know I have done that before -but it doesn't seem to be working.

What does it mean when a red box appears talking about using typography section in Design Panel for full text styling. I have tried block and inline

Thanks

I have no doubt that I have forgotten somethng simple as I know I have done this before. I am not trying to edit any text just change size. I really don't want ot v set anything just px size. My procedure was to place a two column on the page (using framework layout). Under design mode I select the headline (not highlight) then adjust the px size, under the smallest screen size before the first break point. That will adjust fine. I move past the first break point select the headline and adjust the px. In that area it changes the size. But I slide the break point back and the previous px setting is gone and it stays the size of the second area. Tried both Block and Inline Block - no change. If I highlight the headline it goes into the text edit mode and will not change any size telling me to go to Display mode.

What am I doing wrong - I did close the program and re open it a few times with no change.

Thanks

To experiment I tried loading a few layouts from templates and they seem to work as I have described. I am using foundation and go mobile up and not desktop down.

Thanks

Is this a new project?

If so check you have selected "Default" in the TOGGLE BREAKPOINTS tab

actually even if it's an existing project, check that setting anyway.

Default activates ALL breakpoints

Disable means that the styling you do APPLIES to all breakpoints
