Glyphs not working - Post ID 305231
Hi All
I recently needed to change some Glyphs icon in my website i needed Facebook and all was ok in the preview however when posted to my server (Hostinger) it had changed to a RSS symbol . In fact all the symbols were affected . I reached out for support on Monday and received one CC support note which did not help. I have changed the Font Folder and removed and re uploaded the website all to no avail i am just wondering anyone know where the code is stored for the Glyphs so that i can check what is going on
Kind Regards
Adrian

I remember some years ago, they were changing the sets of icons they used. I don't know from which to which, but there was one app where they forgot to change them, and someone had the same problem as Adrian is describing. I also remember that I reported it to the staff, but I don't remember who was the CEO at that time, and which app was concerned. I have tried to find the old posts, but haven't succeeded. But as far as I remember, it was remedied by the staff. Adrian, are you using an old app?

I found the old thread after all. https://www.coffeecup.com/forums/site-d … post284441
It may not be the same as you have, Adrian, unless you have an RCS slider on the page.

Did you look on your hosting service website files? (C Panel) Try uploading the Gliphs manually (normally Filezilla is really good, but once in a while, I have also had to log into Cpanel and manually upload stuff to it, (mostly images, ) might be worth a try too, if you can't solve it from Ingers suggestion)

Since you mentioned the Facebook icon in your first post, do you mean the social icons? They are right there in the Resources, and you probably need to export them to be able to upload them. they are .png files.
But if you mean the Webfont icons, I think they are delivered from a CDN and not stored on the computer. But I don't know where this is mentioned and where the link to a possible CDN is placed. That is why this is so tricky.

Which framework are you using, Adrian ? I can see something which may be the codes for each glyph in Frameworkless in the vanilla.css file, but I cannot find the same in e.g. Foundation.
Also, I don't know if the codes I found in vanilla.css can be edited, or if that would cause a complete mess...
