Reading through you answer once again Frank, I am surprised to see there should be a limitedly amount of webpages.

Before I bought Site Designer I made it clear to sales person that I need to convert my big website that has more than 306 pages into Site Designer and she said that I would be able to do so using Love Acts theme.
Are you telling me that when I reach 125 pages I will not be able to create any more pages?
That is a huge concern to me.

I have found a way to make it work with my articles page so that is no longer a concern of mine.

Right now my biggest concern is how many pages I can make in Site Designer as well as how I can 'transform' my exported files into rsds so I can work with my files again.

You can have that many pages with site designer but it needs a different approach that's all,

You cannot convert an exported page back into SD. There is no need for that, you still have your SD file, right? You can edit it in SD and export it again, if need be.

As far as I know (I haven't made sites with more than 125 pages so far) the number limit is advisory. If you try to create more pages, you might risk that SD stops working properly, slowing down to a crawl, crashes and that sort of things. The work load will simply be too big.

As I said Inger, there is a way to get all of her pages (content) into Site Designer AND not exceed the 125 page limit, just needs a different approach and way of thinking as a developer would faced with a similar senario. (It still requires a lot of work though)

thank you so much for your information.

I found an earlier rsd file and have been working on that file so that is good. I am going to see what happens as I keep creating pages.
I hope I will be able to create all pages in site Designer
:)

You won't be able to create all pages as your existing site is, as separate pages, you will have to do it differently (same amount of content equivalent to allmof your pages but within the 125 page limit.

I have figured out how to work with more pages so all is well now. It is a learning curve for me but that is ok.
Thank you for your support ;)

I am creating pages but I must say that it is exceeding slow to work in site designer.
At this point I do not even have 50 pages and I will need to create in all 306 pages. Maybe Site Designer is not able to accommodate that?

It would be nice if you could let us know how you managed to solve a problem. Other users may have the same issue and could do with some help.

You have asked a lot here and some of us have gone above and beyond to assist you. If you can give some help and advice in return, why not do so?
