Is the interface for the Windows version of Site Designer ever going to get updated to look good on 4k displays?
At the 150% (recommended) setting for Windows, the interface is fuzzy and not clear. In comparison, the Mac version on the same 4k display looks great! Please fix this.

I'm bringing this topic back up. Does the latest version of Site Designer fix this scaling issue on Windows? I will gladly pay the upgrade price if it does but I don't want to do that if it's the same old thing. It looks terrible on 4k monitors.

You should bring this up directly with the Coffee Cup staff. They may not be aware of the issue. I do agree it would drive me a bit crazy.

Is there any way to contact them WITHOUT upgrading? My support is over and I don't want to upgrade if they haven't fixed this. But I can't ask if they've fixed it unless I upgrade. Sheesh, this is dumb. Any ideas?

I may be wrong, but it seems to me that this is not a support issue but rather a sales issue: you are considering whether to purchase a further year of upgrades and support. I would therefore be inclined to make the enquiry in the 'Open a New Sales Topic' section in Your Support Room.

You may find they'll have a way to resolve the matter for you.

Is the Mac rendering on a 4k monitor also, or just the windows one? Another words are they both rendering on the same monitor? If they are using the same monitor, are the resolution settings the same on the monitor with the different operating systems? Try setting the resolution settings on the 4k monitor with windows to full HD and see if that makes a difference on the clarity. Just a suggestion.

Check the site designer change logs and see if your update is listed there.

@GregB I've tried several different monitors for both computers, the Windows version is always less clear. I've also tried at full 4K resolution but it's so small I can't hardly read it. I forgot about the change logs, I'll look at them.

@FrankCook I didn't think of it like that, but that's a good idea. I think I'll start there! Much appreciated.
