Hi Tony,

Your post may possibly lack some words. Anyway, the meaning escapes me. Could you please tell us which modal you are talking about and what you are trying to do? A modal creates an Mp4?? And which example?

I'm pretty sure that the modal in question is the free Frameworkless component called Modal-PopUpVideo.rsdcomponent. It was advertised in CoffeeCup's email of a day or two ago.

Testing it in Frameworkless both desktop-down and mobile up was fine until I changed the Video Source of the HTML5 Video element in the Element panel. When I went to view via the 'Preview On ...', Site Designer froze with an overlay on the panels at the right.

To overcome the matter I
1. saved the project, and
2. used File > Open Recents.

That seemed to do the trick, and the problem hasn't recurred when changing the Video Source.

Tony's problem seems to relate to getting the component into Site Designer in the first place, and I think that may be because neither in the email nor anywhere else was it mentioned that the component shows up and works only when one uses one of the 'Frameworkless' templates. I suggest opening Site Designer in one of the 'Frameworkless' templates and checking whether the Modal button - Pop Up Video is in the Components list. If it isn't, one can click on the Import Component button to enter it from the downloaded file.
