I have a client that wants to do roll over links (change color and ital when roll over) but don't recall how to do that

Do you mean HOVER state ??

If so select the link go to the 'styles' tab down to the 'apply styles' bit open the drop down menu and selrct 'hover'

go ahead and apply whatever you want it to look like when someone hovers over the link
