I have been working on my RSD file all day. For the most part everything has been smooth & I learn more & more with each click of the mouse. But on my last save, RSD stopped working & crashed. This has happened several times before, so without panicking, I simply opened it again & clicked on "Open Recent".
Now Panic has set in... RSD will not open the .rsd file. All I get is:
"Invalid Project File ?"
"Unable to open project."
The file isn't a valid project or is corrupted."
What do I do now? I hope I did not lose 2 days worth of work. Please help...PPPLllleeeasse!

On a Sunday in less than an hour, my problem was not only addressed... it was resolved!
if you guys and gals don't already know that Coffeecup is special, then Please let me tell you.
My RSD file became corrupt. It happens, especially in a pre-release software. I would not of been discouraged if I could not get it back, but that was not the case.
Within minutes of submitting a ticket, Scott replied and asked for the file. I sent it immediately and a few minutes later not only was he able to open the file, but he was able to save it and all the work I did on the project. Not one bit of my work was lost!
He sent the file back to me and I am back in business learning RSD.
I just want to add, all of this help I received was lightning fast and on a Sunday.
you are not going to get support like this anywhere else. I feel so lucky to be part of this community. Coffeecup Rocks!
