Simple drop down navigation - Post ID...

I mistakenly created a support ticket about this yesterday, but have so far had no response. At any rate my question is: I am trying to add drop down navigation to a website I am building. In the components I used the drop down navigation-simple. Everything is working great with one exception. On small screens (foundation framework) the word MENU and the hamburger icon are visible, as they should be.

What I perceive as a problem is that the only way to open the navigation is to click on the hamburger icon located on the far right. If you click on the word MENU (far left) or along that "row" nothing happens. I see that as a potential problem for some users of the website. Is there a way to make the whole "row" or at least the word MENU toggle the navigation as well?

I have been experimenting with different ideas but have had no luck. I even tried creating my own hamburger icon, including the MENU text and saving them together as an image (photoshop). I then went back to RSD and added the image to my resources. Then I went to the design pane for the glyph hamburger icon. I changed it from the CC url image to local image and used the one I created. For some reason it did not display at all. It still displayed the CC url image. I have exhausted my ideas and would appreciate some input.

Please let us see the menu. It's hard to be of any help otherwise.

Hi Phil
I don't seem to have that component in my resources, but at a guess I suspect the hamburger thingy is a trigger for the main menu,, I think the whole container could be given the same trigger attribute rather than just the hamburger thingy (although without being able to see the component I am guessing) then just remove the attribute from the hamburger thingy.

OOPS INGER got in just a tad before me, if my idea doesn't work, then you would need to let us see the project file with the menu

I uploaded the menu to a temporary location so you can see what I am talking about. Maybe you will be better able to understand it by seeing it.

You need to add the attribute "data-toggle and the value ="subnav"" to the text link "Menu"

Your menu looks very much like the one I have here. I have added the same attribute to the word Menu as I have for the icon. If the word and the icon go too far out to the sides, you may give them a bit more margin.

Edit:
Oh, I see, Wayan beat me to it again!

That worked perfectly. Thank you very much for your assistance. I have been playing with this for over a day! I thought I had tried that, but obviously not. Again, thanks!
