I've been working with the trial of flash blogger, and I think its great. However, I think their should be an application that allows visitors to your site to make posts, or allows the developer to set up a blog for a third part in a manner that allows them to post without owning the software. If that feature is ever added I'm all in!

A great many people have suggested this, and I think the reply at the time was that its not part of the current future plans. With that said, I think a more promising app will be a forum, which I think CC is currently considering.
