What are the chances of making a form builder like the current one that would work with Microsoft Sql Server? That would be so much better for many of us at agencies. I would imagine your fee's for the software could really increase for this version as well.

I know one company that would be all over this so I am sure many more would as well.

This refers to an old post but I agree with Thomas and would re-purchase existing CoffeeCup tools if they would work with SQL Server.

What is the difference between Microsoft's server, Xamp and Wamp both have databases and can be configured to be a home server with the ability to go live. I use Wamp by choice to test what I expect to see when the site or form goes online. I may have got the question wrong but that is how I interpret your question. If it is just a matter of conversion I think to save to csv and a simple script would load to MS's database.
You get the best of both worlds a fantastic form now and the possibilities of one that will replace it eventually
