Possible, sure... but you will need to have programming knowledge of PHP and MySQL, or something similar. A combination of CC Form Builder and CC Password Wizard 5.0 is the closest thing to what you are looking for. This will allow a visitor to your site to request access to your site through a form. With this info you can add that person and assign them a username and password, at that point the visitor can log in a view access restricted pages within your site. This is not a turnkey solution, you have to be involved in the process and the visitor will not have access until you add them yourself.
