Web Calendar Holidays - Post ID 136210
Is it possible that there could be an add-on for the Coffee Cub Web Calendar for National Holidays besides the US, ie. Canadian Holidays? Or is there a easy way to add them in automatically without doing each one individually?
You could edit the xml file and include them. Then save and upload.
If you click the us holidays and save. Then go into the xml file you will see how they are entered. Copy the code and then you can modified to fit for Canada.
That is probably the easiest work around, I am aware of.

Thanks for the reply Kim. I have found the code that you mean ie:
<recurrent date="02/2/2010" type="year" monthday="2" month="2" pattern="1" state="holiday" catagory="United States Holidays">Groundhog Day</recurrent>
Shows that on every Feb 2 it is Ground hog day, but what about holidays that do not fall on the same day of the month each yr, but on certain days of the week, as our Labour Day falling on the first Monday of September, Thanksgiving Day, Easter and Good Friday? Since I don't see US Thanksgiving and easter holidays in calendar, perhaps this is not possible to do?

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
