I would like you to develop a WYSIWYG text editor for web pages similar to CKEditor. I would also like a nice file uploader like CKFinder.

CoffeeCup already has a WYSIWYG/text editor and FTP program.

I know about the FTP program, but I want one that will let me let a user upload a file from a web page in a browser.

The text editor I would like them to make will let a user edit directly on a web page in a browser.

I didn't see programs like that in the list yet.

HTML editor allows you to open a web page from the web. I don't know of any program installed on a local computer to allow you to edit a web page from within a browser. You can do that if you are using a CMS. Also, Direct FTP will allow you to edit web pages directly without downloading to the local computer.
