Hello there,

I purchased your entire package, and looking at the products I own, it has been a long time since a new update has been pushed for a lot of the products, specially the one I use the most the Web Form Builder which is close to 3 years without any update.

This use to be a company that released several updates within a year. What's going on?

Yes, we're still in business!

2023 was the year of internal infrastructure updates. We were way behind with our internal infrastructure (web site, hosting servers, etc). We're now mostly caught up but still have a few tasks to complete.

Updates for our products are planned for this year. We're currently working on Web Form Builder and plan a release within the next few months.

I have had the same questions recently. I put away my website activities for a few years, now ready to dust 'em off and decided to contact Coffee Cup to refresh and update my tools - and add new ones as appropriate. I sent messages last week via Facebook ... no response. I've looked for a way to either "chat" or call someone in sales for the question you asked ... what do I need to have all the products and have them all current? No luck.

I would be inclined to try clicking on your name at the top right of this page, and then selecting the following: Your Support Room > Open a New Sales Topic.

Since mid-day yesterday (16 Mar 2024) I cannot open HTML Editor due to "Error Connecting to authentication server"
276: Server disconnected before handshake completion [0xffffffff].
Sent a support ticket but no reply yet.

HELP! Heavy workload!

See Frank's advice a couple of posts above here. In this forum we are users, just like yourself. But to solve your issue you need to contact the support.

This might not be related or the same issue, but I am experiencing super slow connection to CoffeeCup's website (still little bit slower authenticating Site Designer and other apps, but they eventually do ) I know I am on a really slow internet here in Indonesia, but for a couple of days now it is even slower. By the way this slowness is ONLY on CCup stuff

I have used Form Builder with good success for years but as all of my websites with two different web hosts updated to php 8 it has caused all of the websites that I host to no longer have functioning email forms. Is there a timeline on updating that software? Thank you.

I do believe there is one on the way to fix this PHP and other problems,, but don't have a timescale other than A.S.A,P thourough testing obviously required before formal release of updated vrsion)
