Since mid-day yesterday (16 Mar 2024, unable to open HTML Editor due to "Error Connecting to Authentication Server". 276: Server disconnected before handshake completion [0xffffffff].

Anyone else having this problem? Solution?

I'm not having the problem, but you have put in a support ticket, so that's all you can do apart from using a different text editor in the meantime. https://forums.blumentals.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=11344 has an editor that is in beta available for free, for the moment anyway.
