Keeping In Shape - Post ID 122364
I imagine that many of you here, like me, spend a lot of time sitting behind the computer. I'm wondering; how many of you have an exercise routine? I know that I would be a mess in short order if I didn't do something.
For me its Krav Maga at least three times a week.

I train in Choi Kwang Do twice a week, plus time on the exercise bike. You wouldn't know it to look at me, though. I also spend a lot of time at the SnackMaster 3000...
On the weekends I try to get some time in on the BeerMaster SuperSoaker...
The SnackMaster 3000 - is that the big shiny thing with the cold air inside? I like that one... open door, open drawer, repeat (don't forget to chew!).

I keep in shape all the time.
The shape, of course, is akin to a pear with narrow part on top and matchsticks arms & legs.
The weird thing is, before my 60th birthday I was doing OK with my weight, the next day it started to pile on!
