I can trump that, mine with full services is $36us/yr in advance. I do believe none actually compare with S-Drive. If I was in the setting up web sites for people then I would use S_Drive, Why? the support and commitment and less comebacks.

Ah! Viv I believe you are a Wolf in Sheep's clothing as far as creating web sites. It is not the tools one uses but how they are used. Take me I paint, give me a brush canvas and paints and I do fair enough but give the same to a master and magic happens.

Some of the hosts touted here are in my opinion a bit on the nose. But there are some good choices

If like my friend Tim, you have about 10 websites all on Addon domains, each one having its own independent FTP accounts set up

So for instance the boat club re runs, members can upload to their own domain account on his hosting without even knowing his main domains url, or ftp settings, or password, and i had to show him how to force them direct to the rute of their own domain, so no risc of touching his other 9 websites. then a Sdrive hosting is not as good as a Cpanel hosting.

he was paying 5 hosting accounts untill i worked out how to do it, and the sites all still run as fast, with no interuptions.

And he has his own dedicated ip address, actually i do as well.

SDRIVE is brilliant, i keep advising people especially newer users to go with it, but CC dont give me my commission

And anyone using VSD for just one personal website (NO SHOP) well Jhost just does NOT CUT IT, cant compare with the CC deal

I have access to three CC accounts all being set up with such websites, three VSD sales for CC, three friends of mine saving on hosting, I don't want any commission i want them to have good service and the ability to edit there websites when i have finished them, without having to rely on me, especially as i refuse to have a PC on my boat
