Hey guy's I have a lot of photo's from my family album, I was looking for some cheap online graphic animation software that I could use to alter images in many ways. I dont wanna spend too much as I am just making an online album, any suggestions?

Not sure if CC's Gif Animator edits existing files, might want to check and see. I use Animation Shop 3 when I really need it, but I haven't messed with it in a while and looking for it now it seems it's been discontinued by Corel who bought out Jasc, the original creators of Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop.

I've found some shareware sites in Google that have it for free, but if they are good sites I don't know. Here's also a link for a pretty inexpensive program that might do the trick too:
