If you look carefully, you will see that whole design is a one piece background image

It took me a whole day and i made it with VSD its oblongs on top of oblongs on top of oblongs with round in each corner, then pillow embossed, and then when all done you do a preview, save as, and then export to photoshop and save for web

And no html knowledge involved all WYSIWYG, its like everything else i do in life, someone designs a tool for me ((CC)) i can use it given time.
