Dazza,
Coming along nicely.
I think this is one kind of site where you could add some short video clips to add interest. Just thinking back to my own daughter's hiphop days when we were always delighted to see clips of her dancing with all her fellow students. I am pretty sure that the parents and friends of this school's students would feel just the same and that it would give a better idea of what kind of results can be achieved.

Probably best to limit the size of the video clips to make things load faster though.

Wow Dazza, nice site! Very comprehensive for a dance site. I am a terrible dancer(my 'happy dance' frightens people), but if I was in your area and wanted to hit a dance floor, you would have been my choice. A suggestion- I noticed under hiphop>bios, you may want to increase the length of the page move down the footer a bit because when viewing in the firefox browser, the text overlaps, but it looks like you're on the way of having a wonderful site.

Great job! :)

My first site with VSD (and a little but with HTML Editor), and need some help. I know just little enough to get myself into big trouble when it comes to editing HTML, but not enough to know the following:

I have lots of objects in the current code (due to VSD). I want to change the menu along the top (Home, About, Services, etc...) to a format that will allow me to add in drop down menus. But I don't know how to add a drop down menu to the website in its current format (or if I can). I've already edited one page (Links) in HTML Editor so I could more easily type in links (rather than "drawing them" in VSD). Am I going to have to "convert" my VSD files to allow for easier HTML coding since VSD puts everything into these little objects, rather than nice tables and sheets?

Thanks for any help,
Naomi

Naomi,

First, I hope you understand that any changes made outside of VSD will not be recognized by VSD. When you then make a change using VSD, any changes made outside of VSD will be lost.

Since you have the HTML Editor, you can use the built-in menu builder to create a drop-down menu. Then use the HTML tool in VSD to add the menu where you want it located.

If you decide to shift to just using the HTML Editor, the current move in website programming is away from using tables except for tabular data.

Be careful - you are using some non core fonts on your site which will not necessarily show up for your users unless they have them installed on their computer.
See point 4.3 in this linked page
