Per... I hadn't noticed that one. Good point.

Inger... you can now see on my blogspot that I am getting deeper into the boat thing and already finding all the problems even before we set sail! Anyone know anything about boats do come in and share your experiences on my blog. We are very anxious to learn all there is to learn about galvanic corrosion to compost toilets!

Hi,
What browser are you using with the Dance Cuban website? seems to be ok with I.E.8. anyway the site ranks really highly in google.
As i said i'm more into the SEO side nowadays.
I have the coffeecup software and was looking into using it, which is why I'm now on these forums.
My first website i ever owned was made using coffeecup, that was back in 2001. So the coffee cup has been around for some time and it would be good to see how far it has progressed.
.
I am an SEO Specialist and now own many more sites here are a couple I designed which rank highly in google.

I have tried your site in the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Opera, at a 1440 x 900 resolution, and the problem persists in all of them. There is bad misalignment and overlapping visible in every browser. Unfortunately, just because your site ranks high in Google, that does not have a great deal to do with the quality or compatibility of the pages.

Certainly the CoffeeCup software has leapt forward in leaps and bounds, but the end results are obviously often dependent on our own ability to use them well as they don't create web sites by themselves of course. So do feel free to pick the brains of the willing volunteers in here as we have all had - and continue to have - major headaches at times with coding or setting up our pages. Then maybe we can pick your brains for some of your own SEO tips and tricks!

But not in standards mode. The page doesn't have a doctype, so IE 8 is defaulting to quirks mode. Basically, the page is designed to look right in IE's quirks mode, which makes it fall apart in all others browsers.

Nice site Matthew. I am a huge fan of simplicity.
