I took a quick look and it looks like the only error is that not all the files have uploaded. Are you using the built-in ftp upload or a different program?
You seem to be missing the WEBcalendar1.swf file. The .xml file is on your server. There is also a swfobject.js file if you checked the "Fix for active content". From what I see in your code, you did not choose that option.
If you have ftp software, or at least a "file manager" in your control panel for your server, you should be able to check and see if the WEBcalendar1.swf is uploaded. Becareful to match the CaSe. Names of files are CaSe SenSITivE.
