Can any one explain to me how to change the default colour of the calendar (from blue to green)

You have to change the colours of the file monthstyles.css that you find in My Documents - CoffeeCup Software - Web Calendar - Themes - [name of the theme you want to change] - html - stylesheets.
I would recommend making a copy of the theme you are changing giving it a different name, just so that you are able to return to the original theme if you 1) messed it up, or 2) if you want to use it as is at some later time.
