I am putting a calendar together for a multisports club. I have created a number of "my calendars" to represent various different items such as club training sessions, triathlon races, duathlon races, out of town races etc. I have given each of these calendars a different colour - blue, green, yellow, grey etc. However when I save the calendar and close it down - next time I open it all the colours of my calendars have reverted to pink - so all I get is a sea of pink dates ! Help - what am I doing wrong?
Hiya WE,
Are you saving each of your calendars with different names? Hopefully you are, but just making sure to rule that out.

Just for clarification,
When I read your post, I was thinking of one calendar with multiple 'calendar threads' in it, one for training, one for trips etc.
But after having read Jo Ann's post, I thought that you meant to say you have created a whole new calendar for each kind of sport.
Which is correct? Our assistance depends on your answer.

Hello - thanks for offering to help.
This is how I've set up my calendar. Each "my calendar" is saved as I go (I go to file/saveICS highlighting each calendar as I go. Then I exit the programme when I've finished - see the file "This is how I start"
When I go back in to the calendar later (via run as an administrator) to add another event - I get a sea of pink! - see the file "This is what I get"
What am I doing wrong?

I am having the same problem and am wondering if you or anyone have a fix for this
Do either of you have your calendar published showing the problem live on a webpage?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Its not the published calendar that has the problem it is the program itself. when you open up the program to add or change events it always opens with the same color for the events. Even though I have saved it the last time. I have to change the colors everytime I open the application before I publish the calendar or it does not show the right colors. At least with mine it seems to be the application itself. This only started when I updated to version 5.0 build 16.
I would open a support ticket. They can get the information from you about your pc and any files they may need to try and replicate the problem.
