OK, I just purchased the new version of Web Calendar and I have created a calendar for one site and I want to create a different calendar for another site. I don't see a way to create a different calendar for the other web site. I have read the manual but it's not intuitive on how to have different calendars for different sites.
There is a section that says my calendars but that seems to have more of an event function. I have each event on my calendar such as meetings, parades, car shows etc. in different colors so my viewers can look at the calendar and tell why type of an event it is just by the color. They all have check boxes next to them so do I have to uncheck them and create others for my other calendar? I hope not because I need some of the same event names on my other calendar and I would like to have them colorcoded as well.

Lower right corner under My Calenders you should see Add and Remove.
Sometimes all we need is a different perspective.
I'm sorry but that just don't make much sense. Basically you can only have one color per calendar so each event will be the same color. Having different colors makes it easier for people who view the calendars to find events they are interested in. And if I use multiple calendars and use them as events, then I can't have the same type of event on different calendars because the name is already used. Stupid.... the other programs I have purchased on here would at least let you save it as a totally different item so you could use things over again.
I don't see that this ever really got answered. Forgive me if I'm blind and/or stupid.
I have a site for XYZ Corp with different events in different colors.
I have a site for ABC Corp and they want a calendar, too, with completely different events in completely different colors.
You can create different Photo Galleries for different sites, why not calendars? Or, if you CAN, how is it done? Where is "Save As"?

In the right hand panel under "My Calenders" add a calendar if there isn't any then DBL click on it and enter the Hex code for the color or click on the color globe to set your custom color. Plus the theme is what's going to really make the calendar their own.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

OK, I finally get it but I think the set up is awkward in that it's not like other CC programs. I'd prefer to be able to set up ABC's calendar & save as... then open XYZ's calendar, etc like with the photo gallery.
Anyway, thanks.
Anyway, thanks.
I have created a calendar for one website that has multiple events - http://www.nswja.org.au/. (Select calendar from the menu.) The calendar does everything it is intended to. The issue I have is the same as other users on this page; how does one save and recall different calendars for different sites? Is there a way to save multiple calendars in different folders?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Doesn't this approach work?

Ok, does anyone know how to load a calendar that I have been using. My computer crashed and I had to reinstall windows, I installed the web calendar program and need to access a calendar that I have on my website. How can I load it into web calendar? Hope this is possible or I guess I need to start from scratch again. The program really should have a way to save a calendar and then load it when you need to. Why has this not been addressed. before? Help please
The program does have a way to save the calendar. It's under 'File/Save as ICS'. But it is up to you to back up your files in case of a 'crash'. As far as I know you will have to re-create your calendar. Then after you save it, please remember to backup your files.
