Could anyone tell me an EASY way to update my web calendar? About the only way I can get it to update is to re-load my entire website everytime. That takes WAY too long! I was under the assumption I could just go into the web calendar program & update from there, but that doesn't happen. So, I was either wrong or I'm just not getting a grasp as to how this works.
Thank you!

mam,
You might want to click on profile, and change your forum name to something other than your email address. This is a public forum, and spammers can pass through.
Have you set up the server information for the web calendar program? If so, has it ever worked? If not, that could be the problem.

Bill,
thanks for the advice on the forum name. Yes, I have setup the server info. It's set the same as the Visual Site Designer program and I ASSUME it's working. But I've never been able to update the calendar from the calendar program. I just noticed this morning that there was an update for the calendar program and I installed it, but it didn't make a difference.

What does happen when you save your calendar, and then click on the upload icon?
It shows that it's uploading to my website in the public folder. I think at that point it says the upload was complete.
mam,
Can you post a link so that someone can look at the online calendar page? Also what is the last change you made, so we can see if it is visible to us?

Bill,
I had to upload the entire site last night in order to change the calendar. It currently shows the proper dates, but I'm sure when I go to update it again, I won't be able to unless I re-load the entire site again. Unfortunately, it's 45 min to an hour each time. I REALLY appreciate your assistance.

thanks again,

mam,
I have two suggestions:
First watch for an updated VSD, then uninstall the current VSD and install the most recent version. The new version, when it is released, will allow you to upload changes to your site.
Second is to use the calendar program to upload updates. Nothing on the calendar page code changes, but the data files are changed, and using the calendar program to upload will get those changes uploaded quickly.

mam,
Here is something posted in another topic by Scott. This may help.
Sounds like you did the auto-update for Adobe Flash 9. Try this:
1. http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewCon … d=tn_14157
2. Reboot
3. Install Flash again from www.adobe.com

I'll try the suggestion from Scott. I just did the previous one you mentioned to no avail. I needed to update and add a gig to May 30th. I updated in the web calendar program and uploaded it, but the calendar still shows what I uploaded last night. I also hit my refresh button just in case, but no go.
Thanks for your continued suggestions!
