Problems with Web Calendar - Post ID...

I'm trying the free version of Web Calendar for a site I do for a county advisory board. I uploaded it on a test page to make sure it would work and I'm having problems with it. I'm not a webmaster, so my abilities are limited. (Which is why I love Coffee Cup software...it's usually pretty easy to figure out.) Anyway, on my desktop computer, using WinXP and Explorer 8, the events window doesn't have the cancel X. I tried to add the DOCTYPE code suggested on your support page and it still doesn't work. On my laptop, Win7 and Explorer 10, the event box does have the cancel X on it, but on subsequent months the events are showing on the wrong days. When you click the event, the date is right in the event box, but showing wrong on the calendar month page. What am I doing wrong???

I'm just using the free version for now, but would like to pay for it and continue to use it...if I can ever figure it out. Currently, I'm just listing our events in a table on our Calendar page, but I'd like to have a cool looking calendar to display them.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Win7: There have been problems with Windows Themes, and DPI settings. First, make sure your 'viewing' the page at 96 DPI or 100%. If that does not fix your problem then you might try changing your desktop theme to see if that helps.

WinXP w/IE8: Your should add this in the 'HEAD' of your page:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge">

If that does not work, try:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
