I have the 4.0 version of the calendar, I love it because it allows us to publish a tiny calendar besides the regular size one. You can see it here: http://www.brightandsmart.com/Summercamps.html

We do not know how to configure the newest versions to publish the calendar on that size, and as we are migrating computers is painful to install the old version.

Click on Calendar at the top then Themes then set the width of your calendar.
