I have been using form builder for sometime very successfully. Now i have an issue which clouds my head.
Very simply, a users can load data and upload 3 images. Previously 2 tables were created. gt_master (which is table I have named) and web builder creates a second table called gt_master_upload. ....gt_master_upload store the images and gt_master store the data....all work well.

Now i have errors.. data cannot be saved. So I went back to the very beginning. Web builder now creates a table called gt_master (correctly) and gt_master_uploadrefs, a different file name.

Also i noticed the original gt_master table had 3 fields with no data, i assume this relates to the 3 images upload options.
The new version of the gt_master has data of file names linked to the gt_master_uploadrefs fields.

I have found my problem...i need to select uploads to save in database. I have done this change but still have a problem.

Images are not uploaded. gt_master has the master details, but there are no images uploaded

I think it has something to do with my PHP v7.2 config in my dev server. No error messages

I have moved the app to my production server with my ISP and it works.

I have built a centos 6 dev server with php 5.6.40 and it all works perfectly
On my centros v7 dev server php 7.2 images do not get uploaded.

there is some difference with the php versions ....appreciate any help

I would open a support topic and see if the CC gurus can point to the issue. It should work without any tweaking but maybe your host made some alterations that the Form Builder can't account for.
