Hi, guys, I'm in a quandary right now and need some help.

We were recently informed that our current submit form doesn't work (well, it doesn't work because flash no long works...I guess I haven't been paying attention). It's not something that gets a lot of traffic, but since the website is supposed to be professional, I guess I should do something about it.

We have two forms that the user fills in the blanks and we get an email with the dimensions.

I know I'll have to put it on the s-drive, not a problem, we get three forms, we're only using one.

But I'm blanking out when it comes to building the form the way I need it. We have a PDF form that the client sees and can print out to take out to their tractor and fill in the measurement blanks, then there is a corresponding web form where they can type in those numbers and submit the form to us.

Here is the link to the pages https://www.fitritehydraulics.com/other.html, (it's easier to see what I need than trying to explain it). They choose the ends they need and they go to a page with a worksheet (print out PDF) and a submission form. (Which no longer works.)

The "label" area in the web form builder isn't long enough for the description of the measurement and the area where they'd put the number is way too long.

Can anyone give me some advice on how to make it nice and clean and simple?

Hi Lisa,
Build your form and place a html link to the pdf file with a HTML Element.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thanks. It took two days for me to figure out exactly how to build the forms.

They're working now.
