I thought there was an element for states. Did I just imagine that?

There is one in the template "address" but where they got that from Gawd knows

I found something

open a dropdown element

go to the properties tab for that,

look under the options box there you will see some +-+ signs with an icon for a list st the end select that

when the window opens in the left one titled "List" there is one for stated (US) which I assume is the one you want

select that

BOOOM in it goes
