We have been struggling for some time now with automatic mail being stopped by spam filters.
As we use sdrive all mail is sent by server “newsletter.coffeecup.com” and different IP addresses.
It would be great if coffeecup would supply a spf.
When testing I get an error “SPF domain and From domain are not aligned”
One of the ways to avoid getting caught in spam filters is to have a text version of the email.
Any idea if this is possible to do?
It’s a big problem as we use the forms both for customers to make a reservation and for us to confirm reservations to the customers.

This is a known issue and the CC team says they are working on it.

Are there any updates on this issue? It seems like we are confronted with the same problem. We have been using WFB forms to collect client requests. The forms are hosting on S-drive.
Lately we are finding that some email notifications do not arrive. Most likely they are blocked by our spam filter. I still need to investigate this issue further, but I came across this post. Adding a spf-record to the dns could be the solution.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
